Multiple king suites provide private retreats, while the bunk room and charming tucked-away nook create fun spaces for younger travelers. After skiing or exploring Historic Main Street, unwind in the private hot tub beside the fire pit or relax on the outdoor decks surrounded by the beauty of Park City. KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in access, steps from Town Lift: The home sits directly on the Quit N' Time ski run with Town Lift at the end of the street — as close to ski-in/ski-out as Old Town gets without being a slope-side condo. Dedicated ski storage is in the garage and boot room.

Walk to Main Street: Historic Main Street is a short walk, putting Park City's restaurants, shops, and après scene within easy reach without moving a car.

Sleeping configuration: Four bedrooms sleep a group comfortably — three kings (including two en-suite primaries on the lower level) and a full-over-full bunk room on the entry level, plus a full shared bathroom on the main level. One lower-level primary includes an adjustable bed, fireplace, and patio access.

Private hot tub and fire pit: The front patio has a private hot tub, fire pit, and lounge seating — functional after a full day on the mountain.

Chef's kitchen: Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast nook in a bay window. Seats a full group at the banquette dining area.

Sound system and living space: Sonos throughout, an 85" Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist anchor the main living area.

No A/C: The home has no central air conditioning. Portable units are available upon request for $40.

Additional deck space offers room for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Ski storage is located in garage and boot room.

Airconditioning portable units available upon request for $40.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: Must not exceed stated guest limit (strictly enforced by local fire and safety codes)
Guest accountability: Primary renter is responsible for all guests, damages, lost keys, and incidental charges (valid credit card required at check-in)
Approved use: Personal vacation use only

Events & Noise

Events: Parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are strictly prohibited (may result in termination of rental)
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (violations may result in immediate eviction without refund)
