The four pristine bedrooms accommodate up to ten fortunate guests. You will find a spacious master bedroom on the main floor with a private sitting area and access to the back patio as well. Those will mobility concerns will also appreciate having a second guest room on the first floor with an adjacent full bath too. Upstairs, this exquisite vacation rental continues to deliver. The family room is equipped with a large flat screen television, plenty of seating for everyone, plus a second-floor deck with more outdoor seating. Finally, the third and fourth guest rooms (both with ensuite bathrooms) offer a variety of sleeping options that will suite either the group traveling with kids or the couples ski retreat.

Gray’s Crossing, a 750-acre property on the north end of Martis Valley, offers peaceful seclusion from crowds and traffic without a sense of isolation. Yet it’s anything but, when you realize you’re 1.5 miles from Downtown Truckee with its vibrant shops and restaurants. In the heart of the community is critically acclaimed Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy championship golf course – The Golf Club at Gray’s Crossing. You can celebrate your best shots at PJ’s Grill, but you don’t have to play golf to enjoy Truckee’s finest outdoor dining with several fire pits and an expansive lawn where all ages can play. In the summer, you are a minutes from the Truckee Bike Park and a short drive from Donner Lake. At Donner Lake, you’ll find paddleboard and kayak rentals, public docks along the north shore and a dog friendly beach along the east shore. Northstar California offers additional summer activities for the whole family, including golf, mountain biking, hiking, and a ropes course. And of course, Lake Tahoe! Just a 15 minute drive brings you to a variety of public beaches on Tahoe’s north shore.
