The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional four at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 70" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV or for the kids to enjoy a movie and some downtime. The family room is the perfect place for playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, and watching a game or movie. The lanai has a private BBQ, an outdoor living area with seating, a dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy a family meal on the lanai or enjoy cocktails while watching the gorgeous Hawaiian sunset.
