Waterfront on Hyannis Harbor with harbor views and soaring cathedral ceilings throughout the main home — one of Hyannis's most enviable addresses, with Veteran's Beach and Kalmus Beach around the corner and the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferry terminals a short walk away.
Eight bedrooms across a main house and a separate guest cottage, sleeping fourteen — the main house has five bedrooms and four and a half baths across three floors, including two first-floor kings and a third-floor bunk room with three built-in twins. The guest cottage adds three bedrooms (two queens and a bunk/full combo) with two full baths and a half, giving large groups complete separation. The cottage is only available for summer bookings.
Brand-new construction as of 2024 — every finish is first-season — the designer interior includes a gourmet kitchen with island, central AC throughout both structures, and full-size bath amenities in every bathroom including the outdoor shower. All linens, towels, and beach gear are provided.
Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket day trips are genuinely effortless from here — the high-speed ferry terminals are walkable, making island excursions a natural part of the itinerary rather than a logistical effort.
Fire pit, gas grill, landscaped yard, and two beach passes for parking — the outdoor setup is oriented toward the harbor and yard. No pool on this property.
Minimum stay requirements vary significantly by season — peak summer is Saturday-to-Saturday only with a seven-night minimum. Spring and fall shoulder seasons allow four- and three-night stays. The guest cottage is closed outside of summer. Confirm current stay requirements at booking.

Great Experience. The accommodations were great! We were not familiar with Boston or the Cape Cod area and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our time in Boston, a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, and there is plenty more in the Cape Cod area for us to see. The drive in and out of Boston was OK. The ferry trip to Martha's Vineyard was great and SUPER convenient. The house was PERFECT. Everything was brand new. Really enjoyed our stay.

  • HVAC & utilities: Doors/windows must remain closed when A/C is in use to prevent damage; misuse may result in repair charges
  • Appliances & systems: Operation is not guaranteed; no refunds for malfunctions (includes A/C, internet, appliances, power outages, etc.)
  • Internet/phone/TV _(if equipped)_: Long-distance calls and paid media are charged to Guest
  • Provided items: Guests may need to bring linens, towels, and supplies unless otherwise stated; rentals may be available for a fee
  • Equipment reporting: Damage must be reported within 24 hours; unreported or excess damage beyond coverage (up to $1,000 or $300 for shorter stays) is chargeable
  • Locked areas: Restricted areas are off-limits; unauthorized access may result in charges
