On the lower level, the third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and extensive wardrobe and dressing space. The open living areas are perfect for family get-togethers. A dining and lounge area offers comfortable seating, cooling ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. A new modern kitchen features a breakfast bar, oven, and microwave. The outside terrace is accessed via French doors from the lounge. The terrace has beautiful views down to the ocean, and a sizeable seating area for evenings in or entertaining at home. There is a gas grill for poolside occasions, and the surrounding area is safeguarded to protect children from accessing the sun deck and pool area. There are four sun loungers on the sun deck, perfect for lazing by the pool.
