KEY Curation Notes

Mickey-themed throughout, and it's not subtle. The entire home — living areas, all three bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms — is decorated with Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Families with young Disney fans will find it genuinely immersive; those expecting neutral décor should look elsewhere.

Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps up to 9. The primary suite has a king bed and private en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen. The third is a kid-focused bunk-style room with three twin beds and a full, themed as a safari. Only the primary has an attached bath — bedrooms two and three share access to the remaining bathrooms.

Pool is community, not private. Festival Resort's pool and water splash playground are included with the stay. There is no private pool at this unit. Some resort amenities — the bar, game room, and ice cream parlor — have been reported closed on certain visits, so don't count on them for a specific evening.

Disney is a short drive, not a short walk. The home is roughly 20–30 minutes from Walt Disney World under normal conditions. During busy periods, that drive can stretch to 40 minutes or more. Budget accordingly for park days.

Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer in-unit. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — full appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. One note: a single pan has been mentioned; if you're planning more than basic meals, confirm current cookware with the PM or KEY.co can handle grocery delivery and the prep work before you arrive.

Patio exists, but outdoor furniture is minimal. The unit has a backyard patio area with a lake view, but seating is limited. Pack accordingly if outdoor time matters.
