- Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 to December 17 will receive a full refund on the deposit amount, less a US$250.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 to December 17 will incur cancellation charges of 50% of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited. For the period December 18 to January 5. Cancellations made before September 1, will receive a full refund on the deposit amount, less a US$250.00 administration fee. Cancellations made after September 1, will incur cancellation charges of 100% of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited.
