This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium was completely remodeled in 2020. It is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. The open living area flows between a modern kitchen, dining area for six, and the artfully decorated living room with a wood-burning fireplace and large, southeast-facing windows offering Aspen Mountain views. There is a Sonos sound system and a washer/dryer in the condominium. Bedrooms all feature luxury bedding, flatscreen TVs, and bathrooms that have been upgraded with beautiful countertops, tile work, and fixtures. Complex amenities at the Chateau include a parking pass for residential-zone street spaces, complimentary Aspen Airport transfers, health club passes, and free Wi-Fi.

**Cancellation Policy:** 90% of the gross lodging will be refunded if notice of cancellation is made: - Under the terms outlined in our COVID-19 Cancellation Terms (see below) - By Oct. 15 for Christmas and New Year's rentals - 30 days prior to the arrival date for all short-term rentals for time periods other than Christmas and New Year's - 120 days prior to arrival for all reservations of 30 days or longer Full forfeiture of entire amount of reservation will apply if reservation is cancelled: - After Oct. 15 for Christmas and New Year's rentals - Within 30 days of the arrival date for all short-term rentals for time periods other than Christmas and New Year's - Within 120 days of the arrival date for all reservations of 30 days or longer If cancelled property is re-rented during the cancelled time period, refund will be made for the amount re-rented less 10%.
