No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Please use the designated garage ski lockers for all skis, poles, helmets, boots and snowboards. Please use the designated bike rack in the garage for bikes. These items are not permitted inside the condo for safety and cleanliness. Bike locks will be provided.
Community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and clubhouse are reserved for full-time residents and are not available to nightly rental guests.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy: Must not exceed stated guest limit (strictly enforced by local fire and safety codes)
- Guest accountability: Primary renter is responsible for all guests, damages, lost keys, and incidental charges (valid credit card required at check-in)
- Approved use: Personal vacation use only
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are strictly prohibited (may result in termination of rental)
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (violations may result in immediate eviction without refund)
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited; minimum $500 cleaning fee for violations
- Illegal substances: Prohibited on property
- Other restrictions: Snowboarding prohibited at Deer Valley Resort (ski-only mountain)
Equipment & Amenities
- Property access: Management may enter for necessary repairs or to verify compliance with rental agreement
