This spacious home boasts nearly two acres and 500 feet of lake frontage. In addition to luxe furnishings, this Spanish-style home has all you need to enjoy a great gathering with your group. There are three living areas including a family room and a living room, both with expansive windows featuring views of the lake just off the patio. The game room has both a pool table and a conversation area with a TV to round out entertainment for all. There is an eat-in kitchen with a table and bar seating as well as a dining room. You can also take the gathering outside to the patio table set for ten and a palapa with a swim-up bar in the pool directly on Lake Austin. Lounge in the sun poolside or gather by the outdoor fireplace under the pergola. With its own boat dock, ask about setting up a boat day complete with a stocked boat bag, a captain, and pick-up on the property.
