Fully gut-renovated top to bottom, with an interior that reads like a Coastal Living photo shoot — is a four-bedroom Osterville home where every finish — kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, and accessories — has been done to a high and consistent standard. The design is modern without feeling cold.

Open-concept kitchen and family room flow directly into a glass sunroom and large private yard — the indoor-outdoor connection is seamless, with a built-in gas grill and patio seating steps from the kitchen. The sunroom with its own seating and TV is a quiet counterpart to the main family room.

Lower level with a pool table, bar, and full bath — a genuinely useful second living and entertainment space that functions independently from the main floor. Consistently flagged as the social hub for evenings and rainy days.

King primary suite on the main floor; three additional bedrooms upstairs — sleeping eight total across four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first-floor primary keeps the upstairs free for families with children or guests who want separation.

Osterville Village is a 10-minute walk; Dowses Beach is under a mile with a pass provided — beach chairs, beach towels, and an outdoor shower are all included. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked for a rental — plates, wine glasses, platters, and full cooking equipment are all provided. This home was beautiful and so well appointed. Everything was very well done. Best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental. Lots of platters, wine glasses, great dishes etc. Furnishings and accessories looked like a photo shoot from Coastal Living. Backyard beautiful and peaceful. Ten min walk into Osterville village for coffee, shopping dining. Can walk to Dowses beach or 3 min ride. Great outdoor grill area. Great for family. Lover level with TV and pool table great for teenagers or young adults. great family room area in Kitchen, plus a separate LR and DR, and sunroom. Lots of places to gather or to get your quiet time. Street is quiet and great if you have kids. Have rented places all over country and several times in Osterville area and this is one of the best I have been too. We had seven adults and it was great for all. Bathrooms and kitchens like brand new and well done. Agent was very helpful answering questions and accommodating late arrival.
