Cardillo House
La Roca House is located in the Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs on the corner lot of a quiet street. This unique, modernist home, built in 2017 and featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine, was designed by Lance O’Donnell at O2 Architecture and has breathtaking views from every room. The expansive gourmet kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces and features Bosch appliances, a Nespresso machine, and is well-appointed for all your cooking needs. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. San Jacinto from the 11-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, and open the huge sliders to bring the outside in. Each of the 3 bedrooms has sliders leading outside. The primary bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and features a California king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The additional 2 bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom and a private, outdoor seating area. There is an additional powder room off the main living area. Every room has a Samsung 4K Smart TV with Hulu Live TV, HBO and Netflix. There is a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, Google Home throughout the house and separate HVAC systems (one for the primary bedroom and living area and one for the other 2 bedrooms) for customized climate control. The striking outdoor landscaping was designed by William Kopelk. The south-facing backyard is private and secure and features a built-in Lynx grill, a large fire pit, multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table, pool loungers, a ping-pong table and captivating views of the mountains. A waterfall connects the jetted spa to the beautiful, saltwater pool.
