Private screened pool is included in the base rate, but pool heating is not. Heating runs $30/day plus tax with a 3-day minimum — budget for it if a warm pool matters, especially in cooler months.

Resort amenities are genuinely extensive. Storey Lake's clubhouse includes a lazy river, water slides and splash park, fitness center, spa, mini golf, kayaking, restaurant and bar, and sports courts — all included with the rental.

Sleeping configuration skews toward couples and families with kids. The home has two king bedrooms upstairs (one en-suite), a queen master on the ground floor, and two themed kids' rooms with full beds — a Monsters Inc. room and a football-themed room. Four bathrooms serve the group.
