A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining is due 90 days prior to arrival, which is also the cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before the 90 days will receive a full refund minus a $250 admin fee. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival will receive a credit towards a future stay. KEY Coordination fee is non-refundable.
