The interior of the space has been thoughtfully drenched in soothing neutrals and creams, a color scheme that allows the breathtaking turquoise of the ocean to take center stage. Slipcovered sofas face a large HDTV, while glass doors lead outside onto the exquisite Gulf-front terrace. An expansive formal dining table is illuminated by beaded chandeliers and leads directly into the gourmet-style kitchen. There’s a large island with plenty of extra seating, plus bright white cabinets surrounding the full suite of premier appliances, including a smooth top electric range, a double wall oven, and a massive refrigerator. Although Marlin Villa was designed for complete comfort in the interior, chances are you may want to spend the majority of your time outdoors.
