Designed in a Cape Cod style, this beach house blends timeless warmth with modern comfort and amenities. Encompassing the entire second level of the building, the living area features an open concept kitchen with an island with a breakfast bar for three. An adjacent dining area flows seamlessly into a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and a sleek gas fireplace — all with ocean views. From the living area, step outside to a stunning wraparound terrace complete with lounges and a pub-height dining table, and the sounds of the ocean. The ocean view primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bath and opens to the wrap-around beachfront balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and an ocean view balcony. The third bedroom has a full over twin trundle bed and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a king bed and there is a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo in between.
