A 1927 Colonial Revival estate on 1.2 acres in Quissett, one of Falmouth's most secluded and coveted enclaves — featured in the Boston Globe and described in real estate marketing as Architectural Digest-worthy- has been painstakingly restored with Calacatta Viola marble, reclaimed granite, and Waterworks fixtures throughout. The property sits on two combined lots at the end of a quiet lane steps from Quissett Harbor.

Resort-style heated pool surrounded by reclaimed granite, a hot tub, and manicured gardens on an expansive private lawn — the outdoor space is the centerpiece: stone terraces, a gas grill, outdoor shower, beach towels, and deck furniture all included. The pool area reads more garden estate than typical Cape rental.

Primary suite with a private balcony, radiant-heated marble floors, and a freestanding Waterworks soaking tub — the suite occupies an entire wing of the second floor. Four of the six bedrooms are en suite, with the remaining two sharing a bath. The layout sleeps twelve across three kings, two queens, and a twin room.

Woods Hole ferry terminal is a 10-minute drive — Martha's Vineyard day trips are easy from this location. Downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants are about 5 minutes by car.
