KEY Curation Notes

Private west-facing pool and spa. Heating runs $35 per day with a $175 minimum on stays under five nights and includes hot tub function on the spa.

Full Windsor Island Resort access at no extra charge. Heated resort pools, a lazy river, water slides, kids' splash pads, cabanas, a fitness center, and basketball, volleyball, and soccer courts are all included.

Three games areas plus a loft lounge. Arcade cabinets, foosball, ping pong, an in-room basketball game, console gaming, and a U-shaped sectional with a large TV upstairs.

Sleeps 18 across eight themed bedrooms with strong en-suite coverage. The ground-floor king master opens directly to the pool with its own soaking tub and walk-in shower; additional king and queen rooms have private en-suites, and two kid-focused bunk rooms share Jack-and-Jill baths.

Built for big-group dining. Open-plan kitchen and living area opens to the pool, with a dining table that seats 16 and an enclosed back patio for alfresco meals.

Close to the parks. Disney's Animal Kingdom is 17 minutes, Epcot 20, Hollywood Studios 19, Magic Kingdom 21; SeaWorld is 25 and Universal roughly 32.

Bring your own grill if you want one. A propane BBQ can be delivered for an additional fee rather than coming with the home.
