KEY Curation Notes

Directly on Long Beach in Centerville, with a private stretch of Nantucket Sound sand steps from the back door — Long Beach is one of the mid-Cape's most coveted addresses, a narrow barrier beach with warm, calm Sound water and sweeping views. The property includes main house and a separate guest cottage, both steps from the water.

Private hot tub and fire pit facing the ocean — the outdoor setup is oriented entirely toward the beach and water. The fire pit and hot tub under the stars with Sound views are consistently called out as defining moments of a stay here. Gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and all linens provided.

Main house plus a separate guest cottage, sleeping twelve across six bedrooms — the main house has a queen and twin room on the first floor with a full bath and half bath, and a king primary suite on the second with private bath. The cottage has a king and a bunk room with full bath, offering the full group genuine separation and privacy.

Gourmet kitchen, central AC throughout, in-unit washer/dryer — the interior reflects the coastal luxury aesthetic throughout. Beach towels and pantry starters are included.

Four Seas Ice Cream is a short walk away — a Cape Cod institution steps from the property. Osterville Village is 2.5 miles; Hyannis and the island ferries are 10 minutes by car.

Stays longer than one week require a mid-stay clean at additional cost — worth factoring in for two-week bookings. The $250 administrative and damage waiver fee is non-refundable at time of booking.
