Both suites have king beds with en suites and direct access to the outdoor amenities. In the other bedrooms, there are two queen bedrooms and one bunk room with a twin over twin bed and a twin over full-sized bed. The living room opens up to a patio that allows for easy entertaining with large groups. This is a perfect spot for those large family dinner nights when you want to eat in versus having to reserve reservations at one of the local nearby restaurants. Off to the side of the living room is a walk-in wine cellar that can hold over 600 bottles of wine with climate control. This home also has a built-in office and podcast setup. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing a grand meal for your guests or for those who hire a private in-home chef to do the cooking for them. This kitchen features a double oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a gas cooktop. There is also plenty of storage and prep room which includes a butler’s pantry. The spa hot tub has bar seas built-in. Off to the side of the pool area, there is a basketball and pickleball court. Turn on the lights over the court and play during the cool desert evenings.
