The property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that the neighborhood noise levels are respected and comply with the current noise ordinance in the Coachella Valley. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool, or the interior of the house
A $1,500 refundable deposit is required prior to check-in for any damages or fines
Restrictions
- The City of La Quinta requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in
- The City of La Quinta has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests
- Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year
