All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Staf included: Chef, Butler, and 2 Housekeepers (Daily Maid Service). Chef is able to prepare 3 meals per day + snacks. Food & Beverage cost is not included. At least one staff member will be staying 24/7 in the villa (in the staff quarters when not on duty).

During Holiday Season periods (Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
