KEY Curation Notes

The signature feature is a full lower-level game lounge with a wet bar, pool table, foosball, and darts. A second gas fireplace and 60" TV round out the space, making this the rare rental where the entertainment setup rivals the bedrooms.

Private hot tub on the back patio, with three separate outdoor areas. In addition to the lower patio hot tub, there's a front patio and a main-level balcony — useful for a group that wants multiple outdoor zones.

Viking appliances and a proper chef's kitchen. Gas range, French-door fridge, stone countertops, and a large island with bar seating. The kitchen is genuinely equipped for serious cooking.

Sleeping is split across three levels. The main-level primary suite has a king, walk-in closet, soaking tub, and glass shower. Two queen bedrooms on the upper level share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The lower-level fourth bedroom is a king ensuite. Two work desks (primary and lower suite) make this usable for working travelers.

This was the best place to stay over the 4th of July! We had the best time at this amazing lakeside townhome. The view was beautiful and the location was extremely peaceful and quiet. One of our favorite things to do was to relax in the hot tub while looking out at the lake and watching the boats. An extra bonus was the amazing game room and bar area on the lower lever. Such a fun experience and would definitely come back!
